A small, senior automation agency. No filler.
Lyrava exists because most "AI consultancies" sell decks and most automation agencies sell volume. We sell the thing in between: the careful, opinionated engineering that turns a recurring manual process into something that quietly runs itself — and stays running.
A distributed team across the UK and US.
We're builders first — engineers, automation specialists, and revenue-ops practitioners with a couple of decades of combined experience inside scaling businesses, agencies, and SaaS companies. Distributed across UK and US time zones so meetings happen in your working hours, not ours.
Lyrava is intentionally small. Every project has a senior lead from end to end — no "our team will get back to you on that," no offshore handoffs, no junior account managers translating between you and the people building. The trade-off is honest: we take fewer engagements at once, and we'll say no to a brief that isn't a fit.
The work has shipped quietly inside fintechs, agencies, e-commerce brands, and consultancies you've heard of. We don't publish logos most clients want kept private — we'll talk through reference engagements directly when you're evaluating us.
Six things that shape every project.
- 1
Audit before automating
Half the wins come from killing steps, not connecting them. Every engagement starts with mapping the process — usually we can show you what to delete before we wire anything up.
- 2
Boring tech where it counts
Zapier and Make for speed. n8n and code for scale. AI only where it earns its keep — not because the founder read a thread on it. We have no reseller commission with any vendor we recommend.
- 3
Owned by you, not us
Every build comes with credentials in your name, runbooks in your wiki, and a Loom walking your team through how to fix things when they break. You can fire us tomorrow and nothing stops working.
- 4
Hours saved is the only metric that counts
We agree the number upfront — usually a target of senior hours returned per week — and report against it monthly. If a workflow isn't paying back, we rebuild it or retire it. We won't keep billing for a build that isn't earning.
- 5
Senior-only, no handoffs
You work with the people doing the building. No account managers translating between you and a junior team. No offshore subcontracting. The trade-off: we take fewer engagements at once, and we say no to briefs that aren't a fit.
- 6
We say no when no is the answer
Some processes shouldn't be automated yet — they're broken upstream, or the inputs are too messy, or a different tool would solve it for £20/month. We'll tell you. The shortest engagement we ever ran was a 90-minute call where we recommended the client buy a £40 SaaS instead of hiring us.
Three ways to work with us.
-
Two-day audit
£1,500 / $2,000The smallest engagement we'll take. We map a process end-to-end, return a prioritised opportunity list, and quote a fixed price for the build. The audit fee rolls into the project if you proceed.
-
Fixed-price build
From £6k / $8kA scoped project with a fixed deliverable, a fixed timeline, and a fixed fee. Most workflow and agent builds finish in 2–4 weeks. You see live runs before we ever invoice for build time.
-
Fractional retainer
£3k–£8k / monthAn ongoing engagement where we own the automation roadmap: monitor what we've built, ship the next wave, and act as the ops/AI team you don't need to hire full-time. Pause or cancel any month — you keep everything.

Free 30-minute scoping call. We'll review one process you'd love to automate and tell you — honestly — whether it's worth doing, what it would cost, and what we'd build.
